Good!

The location was good for the price, and the rooms were exceptionally clean. The only apartment style room we stayed at during our two-week trip. It was great to have all the amenities.

There was a mildewy/mold type smell in the tatami bedroom. While our futons and amenities were comfortable, it felt a bit cramped with the air having such a strong quality to it. We opened the window in our room, but people would smoke near by, and their smoke would waft in.

Perfect for a getaway to Osaka and easy to get to hotspots like Dotonbori and Osaka Castle.

Amazing location, very close to Dotonbori. The room was very nice and spacious, and the amenities were great.

Traditional feel with modern amenities.

Easy check in with friendly hosts. Property was a good mix of traditional feeling with the modern amenities included. Close to convenience stores and a short walk to Dontonburi. Elevator was convenient as we were a few floors up and rooms were clean.

No negatives, as advertised.

The online check in was super convenient as we arrived late. The spacious room was beautifully furnished in the style of a ryokan and was clean. Wifi and aircon worked really well. We would 100% stay here again

The place was clean and cute. Good place for a short visit.

Since my flight arrived around 17:00hr from Kansai Airport and reached the hotel around 18:00 to 19:00 hrs, I find the self check in difficult for me. The instruction they provided should have been clearer. If not for my tour guide, I don’t know if I can enter. He had to call up for further clarification on how to do the self check in. It would be better if there is a standby receptionist.

When we return to Osaka, we will definitely stay in the same hotel

The hotel is in the old Japanese style, the location is excellent, next to the hotel there is a laundry and many restaurants, approximately 10 minutes on foot to the well-known street, self-checkout from the hotel, we do not need to go to the staff to check us out, The room service staff are polite, they don't disturb us in the morning and they don't knock on the door while we are sleeping in the morning

Wonderful hotel room with a bit of a small apartment vibe.

I was very impressed by the size of the room. The tatami room was able to hold two beds, and staying alone it was more than enough space. My kitchenette area was cozy, and loved that there was a bathroom and separate shower room. Super clean and comfortable space to stay in. The staff were also very friendly when we checked in, and were kind and helpful when we had questions.
